Setauketautowrecking.com is in the business of selling insurance totaled vehicles. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is, final sale, with either a New York 907A or a salvage title. Each vehicle must be repaired before it may be re-titled. Setauketautowrecking.com is not responsible for repairing vehicles, nor will it guarantee any repairs or repair quotes. All repairs made to the vehicle are the sole responsibly of the purchaser. Any repair quotes or estimates made by the seller should be used as a guide only and may not reflect the actual repair cost. We invite and encourage all buyers to come and inspect vehicles before buying. Vehicles can be seen during regular business hours. No appointment is necessary. These vehicles should be repaired by qualified repair personal. Assume all vehicles have frame damage and need to be repaired, or replaced. The sale of this vehicle is “as is salvage” This vehicle may need extensive repairs. This motor vehicle is classified as a “salvage vehicle” with no guarantees or warrantees on condition of salvage or its parts. The purchaser understands that (s) he is buying a salvage vehicle, which is presently unsuitable for operation on public highways. The buyer is aware that this vehicle’s title may be branded “rebuilt” or “salvage” once repaired. This depends on the laws of the titling jurisdiction. All sales are final. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Some damaged parts may have been re-secured to the vehicle for safety and/or shipping reasons. This should not effect the description of damage. Most vehicles run and yard drive, but ask to be sure. This means; At the time the vehicle was listed for sale, it (I) jump started, (II) could be put in gear, (III) was capable of moving under it’s own power. No purchaser will be allowed to drive an un-registered, un-insured and un-inspected vehicle from our facility. Please arrange for shipping or other means of transport for all vehicles. At this point the vehicle is considered sold. Repair difficulty ratings: 1= Easy minor repair, no specific skills required. 2= More involved repair, may require special skills and equipment. 3= Professional repairs needed, requires special skills and equipment.
